Privacy Policy

Published by Logan Technology LLC.

The short version: Clear collects nothing about you. There is no account, no sign-up, no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking. Everything happens on your device.

Who runs this app

Clear is published by Logan Technology LLC. References to “we” mean Logan Technology LLC.

Information we collect

None. Clear has no user accounts and no server. Your preferences (the button’s word and color, your chosen scene and sound, and your affirmations) are saved only in the app’s own storage on your device. We never receive them.

Your photos

If you choose the “My Photos” scene, Clear asks permission to read your photo library so it can show your own nature photos while you relax. Your photos are analyzed entirely on your device (using Apple’s on-device image recognition) to pick out nature scenes. Your photos are never uploaded, copied off your device, shared, or stored by us. You can decline this permission and still use every other part of the app; Clear will simply show its built-in nature photos instead.

Sound and visuals

All scenes and sounds are included in the app or generated by it. Clear does not require an internet connection and does not contact any server to function.

Third parties

Clear contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. No data is shared with anyone, because none is collected.

Data deletion

Because nothing is stored outside your device, there is nothing for us to delete. Removing the app from your device erases your saved preferences. Revoking photo access (Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Clear) stops all photo access immediately.

Children

Clear is safe for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the updated date above will change with it.
